If you have an ice cream maker, prepare it otherwise, put a ceramic or glass bowl in the freezer |

400 g mango flesh (about 4 medium mangos) 200 g sugar |
put mango flesh and sugar in blender whiz until smooth |
3 tbsp coconut milk 1 tbsp lemon juice |
add coconut milk and lemon juice put in freezer until it's not quite frozen |
250 ml whipping cream |
put whipping cream in fridge |
when mango and cream are nicely cold, mix them put the mixture into ice cream maker or chilled bowl |
